- A Shopify collaborator request. You choose the permissions.
- Your logo, fonts, photos and any brand guidelines
- The apps you rely on, and what each one does for you
- Stores you like, and what you like about them
- Your Shopify plan, so we know which checkout changes it allows
We never ask for passwords or payment details. Access is requested through Shopify or the platform, and you can remove it at any time.

- Ongoing conversion work. A monthly cycle of small, measured changes once the store is live.
- Customizing a Maisonblock design. Adapting one of our sections, blocks or our theme beyond what its settings allow.

Costs that are separate
- Your Shopify plan, paid apps, premium themes, fonts and stock photos are billed by their providers.
Our fee is quoted per scope, after we understand the work.
Limits we're upfront about
- What checkout can change depends on your Shopify plan. Many checkout customizations need Shopify Plus, while branding and some settings work on every plan. We tell you what your plan allows before we scope it.
- We work on an unpublished copy of your theme and publish only when you approve.

We do the agreed work in your accounts, on unpublished themes and drafts first, through access you grant and can remove.

Do I need an existing Shopify store?
No. We can build a new store, or improve the one you have. If you sell on another platform today, say so in your brief.
Will you change my live store?
Only after you approve. We build on an unpublished copy of your theme, share a preview link, and publish when you say yes.
Can you customize a Maisonblock design I bought?
Yes. Its settings cover most needs. Changes beyond them can be scoped as a small project.
Can you change our checkout?
That depends on your Shopify plan. We check what your plan allows before scoping anything, and we won't promise changes it can't support.
