Retain Lifecycle email

Email flows that give buyers a reason to come back.

Automated emails for the moments that matter: signing up, stopping at checkout, receiving an order and going quiet. Written for your products, built in your email platform and tested before they go live.

The problem

Most first-time buyers never order again, and nothing in the store invites them back.

We build in Shopify Email or Klaviyo, depending on what your store already uses and what the flows need.

What you get.

The core deliverables. The scope confirms which ones your store needs.

  • Welcome series

For new subscribers: who you are, what to buy first and why it's worth it.

  • Abandoned checkout

A reminder, and a follow-up where it helps, for shoppers who started checkout and stopped.

  • Post-purchase

Order follow-up, care or how-to tips, a review request and a next product, timed to your range.

  • Win-back

For customers who haven't ordered in a while, timed to how often people really reorder.

  • Segments, design and testing

Flows split by what people have done, designed in your brand, then checked for triggers, links, rendering and unsubscribe handling.

What we'll need from you

  • Staff or user access to your email platform
  • Your brand assets and tone of voice
  • Product details, care information and common questions
  • Your discount and returns policies
  • How you collect marketing consent today

We never ask for passwords or payment details. Access is requested through Shopify or the platform, and you can remove it at any time.

Optional extras

  • Campaign calendar. Planned newsletters for launches, restocks and seasonal moments, written with you and sent only after you approve them.
  • Sign-up forms. A sign-up form or pop-up that asks clearly and records consent.

How the work is measured.

The measures are agreed in the scope, before work starts. These are the ones we usually start from.

  • Orders by flow

Orders attributed to each flow, read with the platform's attribution window in mind.

  • Repeat purchase rate

Whether more first-time buyers come back for a second order over time.

  • Checkout recovery

How many abandoned checkouts go on to complete after a reminder.

  • List health

Deliverability, unsubscribes and complaints, so email keeps reaching inboxes.

Costs that are separate

  • Your email platform subscription (Shopify Email or Klaviyo) is billed to you by the platform.
  • Photography, custom illustration and paid fonts are quoted separately if needed.

Our fee is quoted per scope, after we understand the work.

Limits we're upfront about

  • Flows only email people who agreed to hear from you. They depend on your products, your customer journey and your data, so we don't promise recovered revenue.

How a project runs.

The same four steps for every service.

  1. Step 1: Understand

Your store, offer, numbers and the obstacle in the way. It starts with your project brief, then questions by email or a call.

  2. Step 2: Define

Priorities, deliverables, timing and price, written into a scope you approve. Nothing starts before that.

  3. Step 3: Build

We do the agreed work in your accounts, on unpublished themes and drafts first, through access you grant and can remove.

  4. Step 4: Verify and review

We check the work, show what changed and how it will be measured, and recommend what to improve next.

Scope, access and costs in detail

Lifecycle email: questions.

Which email platform should we use?

Shopify Email covers the core flows for many stores. Klaviyo adds deeper segmentation and reporting. We recommend one based on your list and catalog, and work in whichever you choose.

Will you send campaigns for us?

Flows run on their own once they're live. Regular campaigns are optional, planned with you and sent only after you approve them.

Do you buy or rent email lists?

Never. Emails go only to people who signed up with you. Bought lists hurt deliverability and break consent rules.

Can you work with flows we already have?

Yes. We review what's running, keep what works and rebuild what doesn't.

Discuss email flows.

Send a short brief about your store. We'll reply by email with questions or a suggested next step.
