What we'll need from you
For Paid ads:
- Partner access to your Meta business portfolio and Google Ads account. We send the request; you approve it.
- A Shopify collaborator request, with only the permissions the work needs
- Product costs or margins, plus shipping and returns costs
- Past results, if you have run ads before
- Brand assets: logo, product photos and any video
For Shopify builds:
- A Shopify collaborator request. You choose the permissions.
- Your logo, fonts, photos and any brand guidelines
- The apps you rely on, and what each one does for you
- Stores you like, and what you like about them
- Your Shopify plan, so we know which checkout changes it allows
For Lifecycle email:
- Staff or user access to your email platform
- Your brand assets and tone of voice
- Product details, care information and common questions
- Your discount and returns policies
- How you collect marketing consent today
For Shopify SEO:
- A Shopify collaborator request, with only the permissions the work needs
- Owner access to Google Search Console, or permission to set it up
- Your priority products and collections
- Any past SEO work, redirects or domain changes
