In short
- You may use a piece in the stores your licence covers, change it as you like, and keep using it forever.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or publish them in a theme or app for others.
- Updates to the version you bought are included.
1. Licences
Single store. One licence lets you install the product in one Shopify store that you own or operate, including its development and staging copies.
Unlimited stores. One licence lets you install the product in any number of Shopify stores that you own or operate, or that you build or maintain for clients. Each client may use the product only in the stores you installed it in for them.
2. What you may do
Install, configure and modify the product for the stores your licence covers; keep backups; and keep using the version you have if you stop buying from us.
3. What you may not do
Sell, sublicense, share, give away or publish the product or modified versions of it, alone or as part of a theme, app, template, kit or marketplace listing; or remove the licence header from the files.
4. Ownership
Maisonblock keeps all rights in the products. You get the licence above, not ownership.
5. Updates and support
Updates for the products you bought are made available in your account for as long as we offer the product. Support covers installing and using the product as documented.
6. No warranty
The products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. (Wording to be finalised with a lawyer for the owner's jurisdiction.)
7. Ending the licence
If you break these terms, the licence ends and you must remove the product from your stores.
