Because you can use every piece live before buying, and because digital files can't be returned, refunds are handled case by case under these proposed rules:
Proposed: when we refund
- The piece doesn't work in a supported theme as documented, and we can't fix it within 14 days of your report.
- You were charged twice, or bought the same piece twice by mistake.
- You bought a single piece and The House in the same week: we refund the single piece.
Proposed: how
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the licence and downloads for that piece are withdrawn from your account.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Some countries let you waive the cancellation right for digital content once the download starts; the checkout wording for that will be added with legal advice.
