Which licence do I need?
Single store covers one Shopify store you own or run. Unlimited stores covers any number of stores you build or run, including client stores, which suits agencies and freelancers.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. Updates to the pieces you bought are included.
What does The House include?
All nine pieces in the current collection. The crossed-out price is what they cost one by one; there are no made-up "was" prices anywhere on the site.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. It is a draft and not yet in force.
Themes and installing
Which themes does it work with?
The pieces are written for Online Store 2.0 themes following Shopify Horizon and Dawn conventions. Sections work in any 2.0 theme. Theme blocks (Fitting, Atelier Kit, Avant) need a theme that accepts theme blocks in the product area, such as Horizon; on Dawn-style themes you paste the markup into a custom block.
Has it been tested in a real Shopify store?
Not yet. Each Liquid file is render-tested locally with sample shop data, and each component's JavaScript is tested in the browser. The live store test is next, and each product page will say "Store tested" when it passes. Until then, install on a copy of your theme.
Do I need to know code?
No. You upload two or three files in the theme's code editor and then use the normal theme editor. The install guide walks through it.
Will it slow my store down?
Each piece loads only on pages that use it, has no dependencies, and pauses its animations when it's off screen.
Does it work with my discount app?
The pieces never apply discounts themselves. They show savings that you set up with Shopify's own automatic discounts, so they work alongside whatever you already use.
After buying
Where are my files?
In your account. Sign in with the email you bought with; we send a one-time link.
How do updates work?
New versions appear in your account. Upload the files again and your settings stay.
