Coffret is a section: a build-your-own-box with savings tiers and a free gift.
Set it up
- Upload
sections/mb-coffret.liquidwithassets/mb-coffret.jsandassets/mb-coffret.css. - Add Maisonblock Coffret to a page and pick the collection shoppers choose from.
- Set the box size and the minimum number of items to check out.
- Add Savings tier blocks in ascending order (for example 3 items 10%, 5 items 15%), and optional Ready-made box blocks.
- Optional: pick a gift product with the count that unlocks it, and a gift wrap product that shoppers can add with a message.
Create matching discounts
Coffret shows savings; Shopify applies them. Without matching discounts the shopper is charged full price.
In Discounts › Create discount › Amount off products, make one automatic discount per tier: minimum quantity of items equal to the tier, the same percentage, applied to the same collection. For the free gift, add a Buy X get Y automatic discount.
Cart
The whole box is added in one request. Each line carries a _bundle_id property so you can see it as one box on the order. On Horizon and Dawn the cart drawer is re-rendered in the same request.
