In short
- You may use a product in the stores your licence covers, change it as you like and keep using it for as long as you like.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or publish them in a theme or app for others.
- Updates to the products you bought are included.
1. Licences
Single store. You may install the product in one Shopify store that you own or operate, including that store's development and staging copies.
Unlimited stores. You may install the product in any number of Shopify stores that you own or operate, or that you build or maintain for clients. A client may keep using the product in the stores you installed it in for them, but may not install it anywhere else.
The House gives you the licence you chose (single store or unlimited stores) for every product it contains.
2. What you may do
You may install, configure and change the product for the stores your licence covers, keep backups, and keep using the version you have even if we stop selling it.
3. What you may not do
You may not sell, sublicense, share, give away or publish the product or a changed version of it. That covers selling it on its own or as part of a theme, app, template, kit or marketplace listing. You may not remove the licence header from the files.
4. Ownership
Maisonblock keeps all rights in the products. You get the licence above, not ownership. Your own content, such as your products, photos and text, stays yours.
5. Updates and support
Your download link gives you the newest version of each product you bought for as long as we sell that product. Support covers installing and using the product as documented. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
6. No warranty
The terms of service cover warranty and liability. In short: the product is provided as described and tested, "as is" beyond that, and liability is limited to what you paid, to the extent the law allows.
7. Ending the licence
If you break these terms, your licence ends and you must remove the product from your stores. If we refund a purchase, the licence for that product ends too.
